So anyway... 2 days before christmas I went to my mom's work luncheon and white elephant party. It's always entertaining and there's lots of yummies to eat. After the luncheon we went to Ikea to get mom one of her gifts, but as we tried to load the new package into the trunk, we found out that it wasn't going to fit and there is no way to tie the trunk down...so 20 minutes later my dad comes with the truck and saves the day. Oh to adventure! Christmas eve was laid back like the whole vacation was...I watched tv, hung out...not much. Since my senior year of HS, my parents and I have the tradition of getting chinese food on christmas eve. We don't go when we have the whole family around cuz it's too expensive, but this year we went. Fa ra ra ra ra! So, R&J and me and the parents went and afterwords we went to temple square. We watched the telling of Luke 2 and walked around...it was quite cold. Christmas morning came and went so quickly. I hate that! I loved being with my family and just sitting around and doing nothing.
I was pretty excited to get the new Goldeneye 007 for wii. I'm already on the last mission, which is crazy tough. I've had a few dreams of people throwing grenades at me, but it's ok. I got a cook book which i so needed and a george foreman grill that i can't wait to use! My dad picked out a GPS for me, which i used today and it was great...I'm always calling my parents for directions...and recipes. I also got an adorable Jazz hoodie that is all sparkly and awesome...I love the Jazz!
So Christmas day was spent playing goldeneye and just sitting around. Dinner was delicious, and then it was over.
