Pilates!


The program focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.
I have been taking a pilates class after work every friday. At first, it was crazy hard...it's still hard but i can't believe how much easier it is and how strong my back and core have been. I'm not even joking people. Everyone should find a rec center nearby that has this class offered and take it and stick with it! It's seriously awesome!
